How we started
A Local Legacy of Flavor and Affordability
On April 28, 2021, in the quiet baranggay of Iwa Ilaya, Pototan, Iloilo, a humble grill house opened its doors with a bold vision: to serve hearty, homegrown Filipino meals with unlimited rice – and unlimited hospitality. That place was RAAC’S UNLI RICE, and it would soon become a household name in Iloilo.

A Simple Start with Big Flavor
Founded by local food lovers with a deep understanding of the Ilonggo appetite, RAAC’S began with a simple yet powerful formula: great food, great value, and a welcoming atmosphere. Their original menu focused on Filipino grill staples, especially their signature chicken inasal, grilled liempo, and sizzling pork and chicken sisig. With rice served without limit, RAAC’S immediately won the hearts (and stomachs) of hungry locals.

It continues to draw crowds for its unli rice promise, authentic grilled meals, and comforting desserts like halo-halo, creamy mais con yelo, chewy banana con yelo, and milky macaroni salad.
